Wednesday: 8pm - 9:30pm NoGi Class

    6-7pm Kids BJJ Gi Class

    6.30pm - 7:30pm Wrestling/Takedown Class

    7.30-9pm Muay Thai (Striking) Class

  • Friday

    6-7pm Fundamentals (Beginners) BJJ Nogi

    7-8pm Sparring (Positional followed by open rolls)

  • Saturday

    11-12.30pm Gi All Levels

  • Sunday

    11-12.30 NoGi All Levels
